JOMOO Product Warranty Policy
We would like to express our utmost appreciation for your support in JOMOO’s sanitary wares. On the theme of providing excellent products and services, we would therefore undertake and extend to you the following supply provisions:-
1. SMART TOILETS
- Defects in materials or workmanship including the flushing mechanism, bidet features, remote control, and other integral components.
2. SANITARY CERAMIC
- Defects in materials or workmanship including ceramic structure and glaze defects.
3. BATHROOM CABINET
- Defects in materials or workmanship including the cabinet structure, mirror, door, hardware, and finishes.
4. BATHROOM TAP, SHOWER AND ACCESSORY
- Defects in materials or workmanship including structure and finishes.
VALIDITY FOR WARRANTY
All product warranties are valid for three (3) years, except for cabinet electrical components, which carry a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects, commencing from the date of purchase.
The above warranties shall be applicable to all products supplied by our organization only. Any defects out of the classifications above shall be subject to our expert assessment of the products to verify if the defect(s) is (are) a genuine manufacturing defect.
The coverage of this warranty, however, does not include damages or malfunction caused by the following:-
1. Fault and damage caused by improper use or private improper maintenance and renovation.
2. Fault and damage caused by improper or negligent installation.
3. Fault and damage caused by the use of products beyond the scope.
4. Damage caused by the presence of sand or other substances harmful to the products in the environment.
5. Fault and damage caused by earthquake, fire, lightning strike and other natural disasters, public hazards, environmental factors or abnormal usage, etc.
