Award-winning designer and respected design leader with over 20 years of international experience as Design Director at JOMOO. With a distinguished career focused on brand-specific and user-centric design, Johann has contributed to the development of diverse products, including bathroom fixtures, consumer electronics, home appliances and Industry 4.0 solutions for global brands such as Samsung, Huawei and Siemens. At JOMOO, he excels in leading creative management and guiding cross-cultural, interdisciplinary teams.

Daniel Gemmecke has been a key member of JOMOO's Munich design team since 2019, focusing on mirror cabinets, hardware and porcelain. He began his career with an internship at Phoenix Design in Stuttgart, followed by roles at Kunzberg GmbH and Lighting Accents GmbH. Daniel graduated in Industrial Design at HfG Offenbach and also studied at Shanghai Tongji University. Fluent in German and English, fluent in Mandarin, he brings a global perspective to JOMOO's design innovations.

Matthias Lehner, a renowned industrial designer, has been a key member of JOMOO's Munich design team since 2018. With his extensive experience in interior design, he shapes JOMOO's innovative ceramics, hardware and mirror cabinets. Matthias graduated from the Munich University of Applied Sciences in 2009. Before JOMOO, he worked in international design offices from Paris to Copenhagen and served as Creative Director for a Portuguese furniture brand, whose products were featured at the Milan Furniture Show and the London Design Festival.

1991
We pioneered a mining-use shower spray dust removal system, enhancing cleanliness in specialized environments.

We proudly unveiled China’s inaugural ceramic cartridge faucet.

JOMOO first appeared in the Vietnamese market.

A significant achievement was the launch of our comprehensive bathroom product line, offering complete bathroom solutions.

2010
JOMOO developed and launched its first smart toilet, followed by the full launch of kitchen cabinets and wardrobes, leading the way into the new retail e-commerce market.

2016
Our excellence was recognized, earning us the title of “Leading Brand in China’s High-end Bathroom Industry”. We then spread our wings, venturing into the markets of Malaysia, Qatar, and Uganda.
2017
JOMOO embarked on a global smart home strategy, establishing the JOMOO European Operations Center—a pivotal move toward innovation and international reach.

2019
JOMOO diversified its portfolio by launching XIAOMU, an upscale youth brand. This strategic move marked the beginning of a multi-brand approach, ensuring JOMOO’s continued relevance and growth.
2020
JOMOO established presence at global landmarks including Beijing’s Bird’s Nest, Daxing International Airport, and iconic world cultural heritage sites such as the Forbidden City, the Great Wall of China, the Potala Palace, Dunhuang Mogao Caves, and the Yungang Grottoes.

2021
JOMOO’s expansion continued with the acquisition of THG Paris and Poggenpohl, solidifying its presence in the high-end market. Additionally, we achieved a significant milestone by certifying the industry’s first zero-carbon 5G lighthouse factory.

2022
JOMOO was honored as the “Top Intelligent Bathroom Brand in China”

2023
We blazed a trail by establishing the industry’s first Eco-friendly Dark Factory. Under the “Go High-tech with JOMOO” strategy, JOMOO ventured into new markets, including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iraq, Australia, and New Zealand.

JOMOO first Penang Concept Store launched in Malaysia.

JOMOO Group proudly showcased its six brands at the Kitchen & Bath China event in Shanghai. Simultaneously, we inaugurated our Vietnam headquarters and opened our flagship store in Hanoi.
